Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:
- Request: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Process: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and send you the new item or issue a store credit, as requested.
Returns Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
- Documentation: Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation with the returned item.
- Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact our customer service team.
